Digital Performance Rights & Royalties
SoundExchange must receive the ISRC before assigning the artist rights to the Artist account(s). They would receive this from either: 1) the release details and Master Ownership (also referred to as the sound recording copyright owner or label share) via our U.S. Release Registrations or 2) usage reports remitted to SoundExchange from one of its licensed webcasters (e.g. Pandora, iHeart Radio, SiriusXM, Music Choice, Slacker Radio).
