TuneRegistry will register your sound recording with SoundExchange, the agency that licenses the digital performance rights in sound recordings in the United States. SoundExchange will collect and distribute royalties to the Artist(s) associated with this sound recording. Artists must be registered with SoundExchange in order to receive royalty payments from SoundExchange.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

SoundExchange must receive the ISRC before assigning the artist rights to the Artist account(s). They would receive this from either: 1) the release details and Master Ownership (also referred to as the sound recording copyright owner or label share) via our U.S. Release Registrations or 2) usage reports remitted to SoundExchange from one of its licensed webcasters (e.g. Pandora, iHeart Radio, SiriusXM, Music Choice, Slacker Radio).
