Before you cancel your account, you may want to export your information. Once your account has been canceled, you will not be able to retrieve your information from your old TuneRegistry account.

Step 1: Export your catalog data

      1.a.
Navigate to the Catalog module.
      1.b. Click on Export Catalog on the right side of the page.
      1.c. A pop-up will appear. Click "OK" to confirm export.
      1.d. Your data will be exported and sent via email in .CSV files.

Step 2: Save your completed Registrations
   
      2.a.
Navigate to the Registrations module.
      2.b. Click on the "View" link for the Completed/Delivered registrations.

     2.c. On the registration view pop-up screen, click the "Print" button. A print-ready version of your registration will open in a new window.
      2.d. Use your browser print function to launch your printing application and select to "Save as PDF" (right-click on the screen and select print from your menu options).


Step 3: Message support to request a cancellation

      3.a. Once you've exported your catalog and saved your registrations, use the in-app messenger to request us to cancel your account.
      3.b. Once we've received your request, your account will be scheduled to deactivate at the end of the current billing cycle.
