The unique identifiers that are assigned to your Works after registration with the various societies are important to record for future reference. In addition to being able to register your Works with our powerful registration engine our system we also enable you to manage your catalog enabling you to record these important details with their works.

How to Update

When a Work is submitted for registration our system locks all the information for the work ensuring the data which you provided is relayed accurately and there's no discrepancies between the data in your TuneRegistry catalog and the information at the societies. As part of this process we also lock the ISWC, Work ID and HFA / MLC SongCode fields.

Once your Works unique identifiers are assigned you can go to the Work within our System and click the Padlock on these fields, enter the unique identifier for the work and update the record.
