What sets TuneRegistry apart from other music catalog and metadata management systems is our integrated registrations module. You can easily select songs and recordings to register to our network of exchanges. Each registration type submits to one or more music industry exchange. For example, the U.S. Song Registrations form submits to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, HFA, and Music Reports while the U.S. Sound Recording Registrations form submits to SoundExchange only.

Step 1: Navigate to the Registrations module and click the Add Registration button.

Step 2: Select the type of Registration you want to initiate.

Step 3: Select the Song, Recording, or Release that you want to register. We filtered out the ones that have already been done.

Step 4: You will be taken to the registration form page. Our system dynamically pulls all of the data for that registration type directly from your catalog so that you do not have to input the information again. Here you can edit the details if necessary. Once you've reviewed the data, click the Save button then the Next Step button in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 6: Review the registration confirmation page and agree to the terms. Click Confirm to submit your registration. (NOTE: Once a registration has been submitted, the fields on the Song, Recording, Release and Contacts that corresponds to the data sent to the exchanges will be locked. You will not be able to edit the locked data fields.)
