When your TuneRegistry account becomes suspended due to non-payment, you lose the ability to add new content or submit registrations. However, you can still access your existing catalog data.
What Happens When Your Account Is Suspended
When your account is suspended for non-payment you:
Cannot add new Works, Recordings or Releases
Cannot submit any registrations
Can still access your TuneRegistry account
Can still view all existing catalog data
How to Unsuspend Your Account
Follow the following steps to unsuspend your account:
Log in to your TuneRegistry account
Click your Account Name in the top-right hand corner
Select Settings
Click Edit default payment method
Update your payment information
Confirm & Pay any outstanding balance
Your account will be automatically unsuspended once a successful payment is processed. Even if you're using the same payment method, you'll need to update and reconfirm it to authorize payment of your outstanding balance.
Understanding Your Outstanding Balance
To immediately restore full functionality of your TuneRegistry account, you'll need to pay:
For monthly subscribers: up to three months of unpaid subscription invoices
For annual subscribers: your most recent unpaid yearly subscription
If your outstanding balance exceeds three months of subscription fees or the price of one yearly subscription, contact support for assistance with restoring access to your account.
